Hi, I'm Abigail

It’s my passion and honor to coach women to design lives they love. I'll be guiding you toward your goals, helping you practice these tools, and supporting you as you navigate your transition journey. I know firsthand what it feels like to launch a new venture, lose a job, desire something more than where you are right now...change can feel simultaneously lonely and inspiring, and you don't have to go it alone. With 15+ years of experience coaching individuals and teams, and multiple certifications, I bring a combination of expertise and personal lived experience to coach you with your transition. I’ve designed The Transition Team to help maintain your momentum and see your dream come to fruition. I can’t wait to meet you!

Our Mission

We are a community of women, for women navigating professional change.

We create space for connection, inspiration, and learning, enabling us to lean on others who understand what we’re all working through.

We believe in the power of the collective to manifest change and progress. This is a group for badass ladies going through career transitions to provide one another with community, empathy, strategy, and support!

We come together in small discussion groups to check in, learn and practice developmental topics, share ideas, and hold one another accountable to our goals.

How does it work ?

This monthly membership includes 10+ hours of tailored coaching support via multiple live zoom sessions each week, a transition toolkit, a resource library, a private community of others going through similar changes, and a portal to connect and ask questions throughout the month. Individual coaching sessions are also available to dive deeper into your personal career transition goals.

Each week, we’ll have a … 

  • Monday Motivation session to set intentions and cultivate inspiration

  • Tuesday Learning Workshop and Group Coaching

  • Wednesday Coffee Connection and Office Hours

  • Friday Accountability and Action session

Between sessions, you’ll …

  • Have access to our community of women also going through a professional transition, your experienced coach, as well as empathetic subject matter experts.

Monthly, I - or a guest expert - will …

  • Teach a live class on a transition topic, which will include time for a group debrief and Q&A.

You can join or cancel anytime, and while there is no minimum commitment required, I recommend you participate for a few months to take best advantage of the toolkit and get support through your transition.

In addition to the resources included with your monthly membership, Transition Team community members have access to 1:1 coaching sessions with me! If you are looking for more personalized support, you can book a call anytime.
